We've stayed at Mountain Plaza for ski trips in the past. It's a great location with the rental shop, lifts and restaurants all nearby. The two-bedroom condo has two bedrooms with full bathrooms, along with an additional third full bathroom off the living area. For two couples traveling together, this means privacy during the stay. The view to the north means no loud grooming machines overnight.

WONDERFUL! The entire condominium was outstanding! Our specific condo #604 was perfect! Everything worked perfectly. It was beautiful and was fully stocked with all needed amenities.

The location was unbeatable. Nice views overlooking the skating area. Condo provided all the needed amenities and loved the 3 full bathrooms. My only criticism would be the following 3.... 1) The kitchen cabinets and hardware are in rough shape. 2) The refrigerator is super loud. Sounds like a fan constantly running in the main area. I would bet the compressor is about to fail. 3) The toilets sound like jet engines when flushed. My kids were afraid to flush the toilets because of the noise. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider it again in the future.

Overall, it was ok. The condo wasn't equipped with the type of minimum things to live in it for several days. The heat didn't work in the main living space. Had to rely on the fireplace. Unlimited firewood was great and location was awesome.

Very clean, nice accommodations. The only negative was the condo was too warm (had to keep windows open in July), so there was quite a bit of noise from close by pub.

The building and unit are nice but a bit dated. The location is perfect, just steps from the lifts. And Starbucks in the building was very convenient.

The location was great and was roomy as a 2 bed, 3 bath condo. It was obvious that there were some items needing maintenance. The dishwasher, the first bathroom towel rack and counter top. The door to the right bedroom's bathroom. But all things considered, these are minor and the condo has everything you may need to have a great week of skiing. The staff I interacted with were great both before and during the stay. The hot tub is a huge perk also.

Also, no on site work out room or laundry which is different than Copper One and Mill Club which both have tall underground parking, laundry and work out rooms on site. The condo was well furnished and clean when we arrived. The layout makes it very likely you could have 8 people comfortably in the space. I will say the parking garage offered is short if you have a ski rack in the top of your car you won&#x2019;t fit. The secondary lot worked for us. It would have been helpful to have more information available to us such as there&#x2019;s no conditioner provided, it takes a long time for the room to heat so make sure you adjust the heat when you first get in, hot water take 10-15 minutes to warm up.

Overall, it was quite good. I thoroughly enjoyed the location. The condo had everything we would want. The only thing I would&#x2019;ve preferred would&#x2019;ve been some Kindle or some newspaper or a fire starter because we never successfully got a fire going. Also, I think we would&#x2019;ve run out of wood if we had.

Condo is newly updated, which was excellent. Cannot beat proximity to lifts. Kitchen plates and pans need to be updated. Shower handle in one bathroom still not working right. Would still recommended.

We had a great week. The location was great but it was extremely noisy. We could hear people walking & talking up and down in the hallway.<br/>On our last night there was a very loud party in MP606 and we had no information as to whom to contact late at night. We will look to rent at a different building when we return.

The unit was very close to the lifts, newly remodeled and was clean. We had some problems with the heat in one of the bedrooms and the main room, but Copper Vacations was pretty responsive to the issue. If the heat issue is fixed, I would have no issue staying there again.

The condo was very dated and needs a refresh. Furniture was in poor condition. Communication from the rental company was minimal and hardly any information was provided about the property. Parking was not accommodating at all for vehicles with a ski-carrier and this height limitation should be shared in information about the property.

There were four coffee mugs for a unit that sleeps ten people. Needless to say I will not rent this unit again and I have to question how Copper Vacations can have this lack of quality in a condo they rent out.

I have Had the worst vacation ever thanks to copper vacations. No hot water. No water pressure and no heat. I was reassured that someone would come and fix it and that never happened. Horrible customer service. No one followed up. And when I tried contacting management. I as laughed at on the phone and slandered because I was Upset<br/><br/>The room had not been kept up. Chairs falling apart severely worn couches. Holes in drywall and doors. <br/><br/>Found the place was not cleaned properly before arriving. Previous guests items still there<br/><br/>This is my 4th time at copper. Never again.

Our family enjoyed our condo totally-everything nice and clean-included what we needed and location perfect!
