Mill Club 301 [1]
Great stay for our family
Reviewed on 2025-01-10 by Robert S. , Plano, TX USThis rental was as described and very comfortable for our family of 5. So nice to be steps from the lifts and for each person to some & go as able from their time on the slopes. The kitchen was nicely equiped and the check-in/out procedures were clear & easy. Nice underground parking for 1 car with easy access to the unit was also a plus (especially with unloading and loading back up).
Nice Condo for Union Peak Festival
Reviewed on 2024-09-09 by , Denver, CO USI really enjoyed the layout, patio, location and overall square footage. Carpet was fresh/new. Only negative was the windows in two of the three rooms were fixed so had to open the doors overnight to get fresh air.

Great location, and appreciated the underground parking. Our unit was quite warm and did not have any way to lower temperature. The carpeting could use a refresh.

Tom Lehrke
1st trip to Copper
Reviewed on 2024-03-16 by CHRISTIE L. , SMITHFIELD, PA United StatesThe location was great. The king bed was very uncomfortable. The second bedroom is advertised as a King and it is a Queen. The second bedroom does not have a TV which I knew. The ski locker is actually located in the garage not on the 1st level which would have been very nice if so. The thermostat does not work properly, it was so hot and we had the thermostat on 50 degrees. The WI-FI was very spotty. The King master bathroom is very tiny. It is hard to bend to the floor in the shower without hitting your head and I am only 5’6”. The area for the toilet is extremely tight in that bathroom also. The location is what is the best feature of this property.
SO CLOSE TO LiFTS!!
Reviewed on 2024-02-17 by Chris P. , TOWSON, MD USA midweek 3 night stop. The place was fantastic. A 2 minute walk to American Eagle lift. It had all the amenities. A nice layout with a big deck. Walking distance to everywhere. Parking was great. Big enough for a full sized truck. Even the jacuzzi and sauna area was close and clean. Really a top notch place

Nice location but lack of good service
Reviewed on 2024-02-05 by , Aurora, CO United StatesThe next day, a parking guy was really rude. He said I had to park straight or he’d mark my car. I explained the van made it tough and there were no other spots. He didn’t care and even said it was okay to park in a disabled spot, which is not right.
They need to know that this parking guy was very unhelpful and made our experience worse. It was already stressful, and he didn’t help at all
I wasn’t happy with my stay at Copper vacation because of the parking problems. When we arrived, all the parking spots were taken. We tried to reach out for help, but nobody got back to us. We had to leave and only found a spot when we came back later, which was really hard to park in because of a big van.
The next day, a parking guy was really rude. Great location & layout; needs updated
Reviewed on 2024-01-31 by , Cullman, AL United StatesThis unit is in a perfect location for quick access to Eagle & Flyer. The double master suite is an excellent layout, spacious and private. Bathrooms have ample space (except one shower is quite small with no where to place shampoo and such), nice heated floors, and clean. Good large deck as well, with an angled view of the mountain. Kitchen was well-appointed with everything one would need and had good space. Washer and dryer are nice Bosch units and great to have in the condo. The dining and living areas are quite crowded with worn-out large furniture and copious pillows. Cushions and pillows are flattened and some tattered from long term use. Rug torn in multiple places. Closets are so packed full of extra linens, old comforters, humidifiers, nightstands, etc. that they were not really usable (no space) to store any of our clothing or shoes in. The primary reason I would not rent this unit again is the beds. They are extremely uncomfortable, hard, and old. Flimsy pads have been placed over the old mattresses but do not offer much comfort. After each full day of skiing, not having a comfortable bed to rest in was frustrating. Bed pillows are also very flat. Building amenities: hot tub, sauna, and steam room were all good. Parking was nice and convenient. We had zero contact with anyone from management.

Hindsight, we probably would have stayed in the West Village because that is where the easiest greens are. could use new carpet and some electronic/TV upgrades. No TV in the second bedroom. Overall great experience, very convenient.
Summer in Copper Mountain
Reviewed on 2023-08-07 by Mike B. , Spring, TX USOur overall stay was good. The unit was clean and met all of our needs once we were able to address 2 big issues the day after our arrival. Because we arrived after 6pm the fact that two of the Three fans were clearly broken had to wait until the next day. The internet was also an issue the evening of our arrival. I called the number in our arrival package for internet support but based on the incorrect information provided to connect he too was unable to help me. Both issues, once addressed, were corrected the next day. Both could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail.
Unfortunate timing.

I rated the building below RE: the property's general condition, not the unit. Unit # 301 is great

Great location but....
Reviewed on 2023-03-15 by , Larchmont, NY United StatesCan't beat the location but the unit and the furnishings are very tired. Unit is very dark. windows don't close fully so noisy at night - you hear the trucks backing up as they make deliveries late at night and early in morning. There are no drawers in bedrooms so can't unpack except for hanging things. there is no thermostat so cant control heat. furniture and beds are quite old and uncomfortable.
Great Location, Terrible Heating System
Reviewed on 2023-02-21 by Daniel G. , Northport, AL USThe condo was in a great location with convenance to all of central village and the main lift lines. The two bedrooms were good size and the living layout was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. The heated parking garage was extremely convenient. The only major drawback was the heating system. Even with the thermostat turned all the way down, the condo would be stifling hot. We would have to leave the balcony doors and windows cracked (with 15 degree weather outside) and standing fans on for the condo to be somewhat comfortable.

Excellent Location

This unit could use a refresh, including new pots/pans, carpet, lighting etc. Also building water system is aging with a few emergency water shut downs while we were there. Property mgt company could include an instruction sheet re: location of ski locker (garage), functioning of the living room technology, etc.
Excellent stay at a great ski location
Reviewed on 2021-12-28 by Manuel M. , Huixquilucan, MEX MexicoThe condo is really beautiful and very convenient for skiing as it is within very close walking distance to the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. It is very cozy and everything works great. There is plenty of parking space at the underground garage. The only minor drawbacks are: ski locker is located in parking garage (not at ground level), there is practically no view, and the main living room TV does not have cable (only on-demand tv apps). Everything went very smooth with the booking and the checking in.

Refrigerator did not close properly. No directions provided by rental company as to how to access the property. Finally figured out you have to go to the underground garage. How is someone who has never rented at Copper supposed to know that??!!! Once you find the underground parking it is a delight.
