Where do we check in/how do we get into our condo?
- At the Copper Vacations office in the Snowbridge Square building, 760 Copper Rd. Please see your email confirmation or Policies and Driving Directions on our website
- We are currently using contactless check in, please find an envelope with the reservation name in the wooden box to the left of our front door.
Are the pools, hot tubs, saunas and workout rooms open?
- All of these are closed until further notice due to covid.
Is there housekeeping service?
- Due to covid, there will be no housekeeping service during your stay.
- We are providing extra towels in condos.
It says only 1 car, can we have more?
- Yes. Some buildings have space for 1 additional vehicle nearby. Otherwise, second vehicles will be able to park on the North End of the Alpine. You need to contact Copper Vacations for additional parking passes prior to your arrival. If you are arriving before 2pm on the day of your arrival, you will need to make a reservation with Copper Mountain Resort. https://www.coppercolorado.com/plan-your-trip/getting-here/parking You may remain parked for the ski day on your day of departure.
What amenities are there in the condos?
- Sheets, towels, body soap, shampoo, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper products are all provided. We do not provide coffee or coffee filters.
Are the kitchens fully stocked?
- Our condo kitchens are fully stocked with all basic items, pots, pans, utensils, dishes. Crock pots and blenders are not stock items, but some condos may have them.
Do you provide high chairs and crib/Pack-n-Plays?
- We do not provide these items. BabysAway.com is a delivery service you can use.
Can we bring our pet?
- We have only a few pet-friendly condos, these are available on our website.
What about our support dog?
- Due to allergies we cannot accommodate these animals other than in our pet-friendly condos.
Do you offer ski packages or sell lift tickets?
- We do not offer packages or sell lift tickets, but we offer links to discounted purchase on our website.
